unable to export mailbox pst in exchange 2010 sp1

i am unable to export mailbox pst in exchange2010 sp1 and getting below error mesage. any help will be greately appriciated.

PS] C:\Windows\system32>New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox rahul.kumar@ucsetup.com -FilePath \\10.1.0.122\d$\PST_Backup\rahul.pst
Unable to open PST file \\10.1.0.122\d$\PST_Backup\rahul.pst. Error details: Access to the path '\\10.1.0.122\d$\PST_Backup\manoj.pst' is denied.

Q1) You're logged in as an admin right?
Q2) if you browse to those directories, do you see the referenced PST files?
q3) are the users logged into outlook?

i am able to browse the location and i have admin rights and also part of import export group.

coming to reference PST file, i am exporting PST so it should create PST.

yes users in logged in outlook

Make sure '\\10.1.0.122\d$\PST_Backup' folder is empty before you start the backup
