I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you have a paid version of the XenServer 6.0 this feature is available through VM Protection Policies where you can create scheduled job to snapshot a group of VMs.

XS 6 Advanced Ed has this feature:

Automated VM protection and recovery

But page 102 of the XenServer 6.0 Admin Guide says this feature requires Platinum Edition.  I sent a comment in to Citrix asking which is correct.

From what I know in version 6.0 all paid editions including advanced Ed. Have the VM Protection and Recovery.

I tend to believe that the link provided by Carl is more true than the guide. I would really like to see what Citrix will come back with.
