Copy database fields SQL Management Express 2005

I've created a load of tables and fields in the wrong database, I'm trying to copy/paste the fields accross but Management Express is having none of it.
I can't use the Publishing Wizard as both source and target db's have many more tables in and the Publishing Wizard doesn't seem to have a 'select tables' option, is there any way other than typing?
(And before you ask, no I didn't create scripts to generate the tables as you're supposed to, I used the UI)

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Not sure if Express has this option but right click on the database you are trying to move from and look for Tasks -> Generate Scripts.  From there you should be able to generate the scripts for all of the desired tables.
