One quit way to check for replication of DNS would be to add a reverse lookup zone if you didn't configure it initially on one DNS server and check the other DNS server later after replication has processed. <br />
<br />
Troubleshooting wise, make sure you have all the correct networks configured in ad sites and services to start with.
