HI I am getting the following 2 errors for the User Profile Service Applications in a newly set up Sharepoint 2010 environment.<br />

1. Product: Microsoft User Profiles -- Error 1706. An installation package for the product Microsoft User Profiles cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package 'pplwfe.msi'.<br />

2. The Execute method of job definition Microsoft.Office.Server.Us<wbr />erProfiles<wbr />.UserProfi<wbr />leImportJo<wbr />b (ID d3956180-2a95-4779-9ec6-50<wbr />f861acb136<wbr />) threw an exception. More information is included below.<br />
