does it support windows 7 , where it can get driver
 if it doesnt support , where it can get windows xp driver

For WinXP:

After you install the hardware, boot up the machine.  Windows XP will start up the New Hardware Wizard, but it will NOT find a driver; cancel out of the wizard.

Then, install the appropriate version of the XTools software, available here:

http://www.matrox.com/video/en/support/rtx100/downloads/softwares/

This will install the drivers as part of the Tools installation process.

There are no separate installation packages for Windows 7; the XP version might work on Windows 7, you'd just have to try it.
