i have the problem too many possible solutions :
1- go to EMC -> client Access -> reset Virtual directories -> choose AutoDiscover
then try .. if its not work move to next step .

2- try to disable outlook anywhere wait 15 minutes then enable outlook anywhere and wait other 15 minutes to be active .. however during this time please run these commands in powershell and post results here :

get-autodiscoverVirtualDirectory |fl
get-outlookprovider |fl
get-clientAccessServer |fl
get-webserviceVirtualDirectory |fl


and post the results here , it will be helpful to figure out the problem ..

try the following(most of them could have already tried but),

- Are you able to ping the server with and without the FQDN (servername & servername.domain.com)
- Did you try telneting the server with port 135 ? (telnet servername 135)
- since you have the issue with outlook 2003, this is not related to auto discover (so try disabling all third party including any anti virus softwares)
- Recollect all the changes that recently had happened (revert it back if possible)
- restart the server and try again.

also run Test-OutlookConnectivity from CAS server (refer this - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd638082.aspx)

according to the result follow http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2006508.

Post your results, that could help in understanding the resolving the issue.

guys the problem i have solved it many times its autodiscover with Outlook provider configuration .. just that's it

sir , i think its clear it was configuration of autodiscover , what we need to do here is running the following commands :
before you run commands read notes bellow  to modify :

once again to inform you that exchange 2007 is still running after migration to exch 2010. I already moved back few important mail boxes to exchange 2007 and these mail boxes works fine with outlook 2003 / 2007 / 2010.

yes , i know , you want to migrate but you would have test environment for exchange 2010 before apply migration 'web-service' seems fine , but as i told you before you want to modify what i told you before and everything will work fine

i am not clear , this exchange 2010 was working fine for around one month after migration . all of a sudden it happened , only thing i  made is installed dot net 4 . I am not sure whether it is related to this .  Please guide me how to sort this out command wise.

All commands worked sucessfully but again same issue. IIS restarted.
Also just to inform you "microsoft exchange address book" service is not started , this is not
getting started . This serive was not started for past 2 days .

ok , please can you restart all exchange server services? is outlook anywhere enabled? you need to enable it if its not enabled

i did a total restarting after one hour. but again same issue. Also exchange  address book service not getting started. Please help.

please try to restart Address Book services manually , if you have any error just look to Event Viewer-> system and see what event ID posted , this will make  things clear
