HI IT_Group

Start server in safe mode (Press f8 at start up), then turn off the automatic restart (Right click my computer, choose properties, choose advanced, then start up and recovery, and change crash dump files to minidump, reboot, then copy of any minidump files thats been generated and upload to here, we can then take alook for you

On F8 menu -> click on last good known configuration and try ,
if this does not help go to safe mode -> start-> run -> msconfig
untick all startup items then restart again , if its sucessfull you should go to event viewer to  follow the problem source
