Have I to update the windows driver? Do you know where the lastest driver?<br />

But there say "This BIOS should only be used together with Driver v1.6.11998.3 and Adaptec Storage Manager version 6.50.18584"

I have an Adaptec 1430SA:<br />

&nbsp;1 .- I have two disks attached to the controller, with the application of management will not let me create a raid 1 (mirror) with them.<br />
<br />
&nbsp;2 .- I access to the BIOS of the card by pressing [CTRL + A], I build the raid and start the server. I Can see a unit disk (the RAID) in the disk manager, &nbsp;çi format and functioning properly.<br />
<br />
&nbsp;3 .- I go to the RAID management program and tells me no disk or logical drive.<br />
<br />
&nbsp;I tried to update the software but have not found a more modern<br />
<br />
Any idea?<br />

strange behavior in Adaptec RAID controller
