Why is this making Safari freak out?

Head out to http://www.countryshowdown.com/Chevron/registration_1.php and look at it in IE. Looks fine. Then look at it in Safari. In Safari, there's something about the form (and I've narrowed down to that) that makes Safari render in in a way where the alignment of the page gets thrown off.

What can I do to fix it?

Your page has a lot of errors.  IE and Firefox are more forgiving than Chrome and Safari.

HTML errors: http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Ftouringprofessional.com%2Fregistration_1.php

CSS errors: http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?profile=css21&warning=0&uri=http%3A%2F%2Ftouringprofessional.com%2Fregistration_1.php

Note that the CSS errors are for things you're not using but they could be corrupting the interpretation of the rest of the file.

Errors in the page are one of the cause,
Another thing is there are a lot of tables used here with different width which also contribute to the misalignment.
For ex :
td.standard {
    color: #000000;
    font-family: Verdana,Microsoft Sans Serif;
    font-size: 14px;
    width: 400px; //to be changed to 240px..
}

Change this width: 400px; to width: 240px; and ur alignment become stable.
There can be another similar contributing elements as well.Try to figure out those if u see any other misalignment after this.

Hope this helps :)
