I do not think that will work. If your wife syncs back to some calendar tool on your home computer (say Outlook) and you sync to that, your Exchange stuff will be lost. <br />

Just make sure that before you sync with ANY cloud-based calendar for the first time, you have backed up your calendar (and her calendar), so that, if you make a mistake and sync in the wrong direction, you won't wipe out your phone's calendar with the initially-empty cloud calendar.
