Outlook 2007 - GAL is missing a column for a user
Hello experts,
I have a user, who for some reason, when they now open their GAL to search for users, do not see the Name column. All other columns are there. Other users do not seem to be experiencing the same issue so I can only guess this is a local client issue.
Is there any way of getting the Name column to show again?
We are using Outlook 2007 with a 2007 back end.
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried rebuilding the GAL to see if that resolves the Issue?

Thank you experts for your speedy response. Absolutely spot on - The user had inadvertantly shrunk the column width.

Try to delete the current profile and create a new profile as mentioned above by sekarc4u.
If this doesnt work then search for this three files namely extend.dat, outcmd.dat and frmcache.dat and either rename them or delete them. Close outlook program and open it again. in your search tick the option for hidden files.
