What client for 'Visual SVN' should we consider using for centralizing our Source Codes

We have Visual SVN installed in our system and we would like to know which client is most recommended for use in conjunction with Visual SVN (and also free).

Note: our tech guy installed TortoiseSVN, but we are getting problems with it, so we would like to know what client is most recommended Visual SVN.

We have installed 'Visual SVN' locally in a Windows 7 workstation.

We want to install it in a 64 bit Windows Server.

We would like to know which Client most recommended to use, which also be free.

We have installed 'Visual SVN' server side in locally in a Windows 7 PC and also in another windows 7 PC as client and works excellently.  Yet when installing the server side in a 64 bit Windows server, the client install is not successful.  We are trying the client TortoiseSVN.
If TortoiseSVN is not recommended as a client option, we would like to know which Client most recommended to use (also if it can be free)?

Good day Moderator.  Can you advice if we should delete this question and reentered or what steps should we follow to get an answer

Thank you.
I use TortoiseSVN with Visual SVN Server and it works wonderfully. Visual SVN Server doesn't really have a client option other than a management console, which isn't intended for accessing the repository for check-out/commit activity.
I also use TortoiseSVN with VisualSVN Server.

What kind of problems are you having with it?
I too have a VisualSVN server on a Windows box and use TortoiseSVN (both 32 and 64 bits) and it yet has to give us problems.

As stated before, what's going wrong when using Tortoise?

We are also using Tortoise client on Win 7 and are NOT experiencing any problems...
