In my experience,  I can do one of the following to fix the issue:

in Visual Studios:
1. Stop debugging
2. Click on: Build -> Rebuild Solution
3. Start debugging and test.

If that doesn't work then:
1. Exit Visual Studios
2. Stop the w3svc
3. delete the directories found in: c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\
4. Start the w3svc
5. Start Visual Studios and test

You don't have to install ajax on client machine..  your project should add the dll's necessary for the site to work correctly. did you have to add any external dll's or are you using the ajax controls from the framework ?

@ApoPhySpt : Application is running from Windows 2003 server.

@donjon56, Application is working from ReportServer !!

What we noticed is, Application works for a while and then it throws stange errors as like i report over above.

Application works. It works for few members or few minutes or few clicks.

Is your error.aspx/error.aspx.cs file defining _Default as the class?  If so, try changing it to Error or ErrorPage class.
