Need to access data on crashed hard drive
I have a hard drive that crashed and I need to get data off the drive. Please see the attached pdf for all the details.

I agree with noxcho on not using software which writes to the drive, which could make it worse. GetDataBack lets you try it out and it costs nothing to see if it can detect the data; you only pay for it if you want to save the data. If the software can't detect the files, you will have to send the drive to a data recovery company, which is not cheap. I would recommend www.gillware.com in this case.
Get an external jacket and connect your harrddisk via usb to a computer
Dont run scandisk
Disk defrag etc
