Lenovo Windows 2008 Foundation Server rebooting everyday @ 6:30am

Every day for the last few weeks, a Lenovo server that I deployed at a client's office has been rebooting (or crashing and doing an unsafe reboot) @ 630am.  I have been stopping all the scheduled actions it does, backups, virus scans, etc to see what would be causing it.  The event logs report a power loss, but it is on a UPS and isn't loosing power.  Help!

UPS's often do a self test, quite possibly every 24 hours....

Also the power supply(s) might be a bit flakey, although that wouldn't happen at the same time every day unless it was compounded by some external factory like a UPS doing something unusual.

Does it have 1 or 2 power supplies? If 2, plug one of them into the UPS, and another into the wall, preferably on a different circuit (or different UPS on a different circuit).

It as one pwr supply.  I'll check the ups, it's been in place fr over a year, before this server was put in. I agreed the same time is suspect of software not hardware.

If there is enough capacity on the UPS, plug in a random workstation to the UPS as well... See if it dies at the same time.
