When you setup this rule did you create a new profile and login and create the rule or did you add the mailbox to your outlook profile and then create a rule for it?

I did test it on my outlook profile and it worked ok so just trying to see where your setup may differ.

Can you login to the mailbox and send to inside and outside addresses without issue?

Can you explain how you created the rule?  does the rule forward the message to a list?

OK so you set this up with your mailbox?  Is the reply from setup to come from your mailbox email address?

Can you post the actual ndr that was sent back to yahoo.
