Windows Color Back to Default

I have messed up my Windows color. I right click the desktop & went to personalize. I then clicked on "Windows Color" & tried to adjust some properties & BOOM now my buttons are messed up on websites. I have attached a photo of what they look like. I[ve went back through trying to fix it but can't seem to find which setting is doing this.....Is there any way to reset the "Windows Color" back to default? This is on a Window 7 machine.
