Datasheet View Workaround

Just got windows 7 installed with IE9 32/64 bit.  Just wondering if there are other workarounds to allow me to drag and drop a single cell to multiple cell via the "fill in" handle without the need to revert back to IE7 browser or install an add-on IE7 tab on Firefox?

Thanks, Ezs

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Surprisingly there is.  :)

I fixed this issue by repairing Office Professional Plus and rebooting my Win 7 PC. 64bit.  I am now able to do it with 32bit IE9 browser similar to what I can do on IE7 on Windows XP.

It also fixed the Drag and Drop Upload Multiple issues, which reverted back to the Tree-view like after installing other Microsoft Applications like Visio 2010, SharePoint 2007.

Hope that helps others.
