All pop ups block on my laptop
I have been having a problem where everytime I click on a link in IE 8 on a web page if the link is a pop up the pop up is blocked which prevents the pop up from displaying. I turned off the pop up blocker and this did not work. This is my work laptop and there maybe a setting which is being pushed by a security policy that I do not know about. This problem is preventing me from doing certain parts of my work. I asked my companies tech support and they were unable to help me. Is there something I can do or do you know if a security policy pushed to my computer could cause this to happen? Is there some place on my laptop I can check to allow pop ups or at least see that a setting has been pushed to my laptop?

1. It is all the site I have tried that have pop ups
2. Other people do not seem to have problems with the sites
3. The same thing happens if I am at home to in the office.
4. I dont think I get any errors from the popup blocks.
5. What is the program MBAM. What does MBAM stand for?
