Shared Workbook / Text Box

I have some graphs and underneath i have a textbox which i want multiple users to edit with comments. When the workbok is shared excel does not allow them to do this, can i change this or can someone siggest a more efficient way for multiple users to comment on Graphs?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can just have them comment in the cells (rather then text box) below the graphs and that will work great with shared workbooks.

I know you've seen this before from me :)

My recommendation is to just not mess with shared workbooks at all.  They are notoriously unstable.

I couldn't agree with Patrick more.  Shared workbooks were, at one time, the bane of my existence and should never have been invented!

Thanks Patrick and sdwalker. I had already considered this, but users insist on sharing so i will try and work a solution using cells.

Well, when that shared workbook gets corrupted, be sure to tell them "I told you so".
