SSRS on SQL 2008 R2 - UAC/Insufficient Permissions

Hi,

I am trying to run this SS Report server on my laptop.
I log on using domain\username.
All these SS services are running using the NT network services account.
How can I fix this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Right now the service is run by network service, what should I change it to?
Local System or Local Service?

theknee has a good point.

A good practice is to create special service accounts with enough but not too much rights.
Change the account in ssrs configuration tools, not in the services window of your computer.
