Open hyperlink in Outlook 2010

When someone sends a link to a network drive in Outlook I can open it but some others can not. Z:\share\share\
All computer are joined to the Windows domain in AD. Is there a setting in Outlook that is preventing them from opening the link?

Does everyone have the mapped drive Z:, and does everyone have permissions to the share?

They do have the Z mapped and have permission

OK, on any one PC that has this problem, can you try resetting/re-registering the internet browser.

Reset IE settings?

Open internet explorer (assuming it's your default), then goto tools->Internet options->advanced. Click on reset, and reset everything.
