How to change the location of the Quick Launch Toolbar in Office 2010

When changes are made to the Quick Launch Toolbar in Office 2010 products, changes get placed here:

C:\Users\john_doe_ID\AppData\Local\Microsoft

If possible, what steps would I take to change it to say:
\\severname\john_doe_ID\Settings

Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't believe that its possible to redirect the configuration files but if you have the possibility of a roaming profile then you might be able to do it that way. I found this guide which might be useful. http://blog.stealthpuppy.com/deployment/roaming-local-settings-in-office-2010/
