WDS & the 256 meg limit

so i have these old a** HP computers with 256 megs or RAM that were donated to a school.  I put a nice new copy of XP on one, captured the image to WDS 2008 and prepared to push it out to a second PC.  I get an error that my PC doesnt meet the min requirements, it has 256 megs or RAM and needs 512.

I'm close here...I would like this image to work.

Anyway to over-ride the 256 meg limit and get WDS to push this image to the PC?

Adding more RAM is not an option.

Thanks

Cliff

512MB is minimal amount of RAM needed.

Installing an install image

After you have at least one boot and one install image on the server, you can deploy an install image.

Prerequisites for installing an install image
The client computer must be capable of performing a PXE boot.

Your user account must be a member of the Domain Users group.

The client computer must have at least 512 MB of RAM, which is the minimum amount of RAM for using Windows PE.

The client must meet the system requirements for the operating system of the install image.
