Server runs on 2 laptops with total 20 gb Ram 1333mhz and 4 and 2 Cores 2ghz CPU and SSD HDD.

I found a solution - i need 2 laptops. One of them will run the ESXI 4 and other one will be Hosting for it.

Seems like to control the ESXI from VMWare virtual machines i need another PC otherwise from inside of virtuals its impossible.
Isnt it?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Correct, ESXi 4.1 installed on one laptop, and then you install the vSphere Client on the other laptop, and connevt to the server ESXi to manage it.

that's correct.  I hope you're running teh server as a test only on the laptop, but you do need a secondary system to run the VI Client to access the ESXi host.

The management does not need much memory, usual recommended amount to run the Windows OS.

BUT you will need to be careful, because your laptop may not be compatible with ESXi, because it has few drivers for storage and network controllers.
