Oracle Report Format Question

I am working in a CLOB field and I am pulling out the data using the following sql code:

select
extractvalue(xmlcol,'/system/deviceName'),
extractvalue(xmlcol,'/system/meterNumber/VAL1'),
extractvalue(xmlcol,'/system/meterNumber/VAL2'),
from myXML;

EXTRACTVALUE(XMLCOL,'/SYSTEM/DEVICENAME')
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EXTRACTVALUE(XMLCOL,'/SYSTEM/METERNUMBER/VAL1')
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EXTRACTVALUE(XMLCOL,'/SYSTEM/METERNUMBER/VAL2')
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
T

EXTRACTVALUE(XMLCOL,'/SYSTEM/DEVICENAME')
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EXTRACTVALUE(XMLCOL,'/SYSTEM/METERNUMBER/VAL1')
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EXTRACTVALUE(XMLCOL,'/SYSTEM/METERNUMBER/VAL2')
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FSS

EXTRACTVALUE(XMLCOL,'/SYSTEM/DEVICENAME')
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EXTRACTVALUE(XMLCOL,'/SYSTEM/METERNUMBER/VAL1')
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EXTRACTVALUE(XMLCOL,'/SYSTEM/METERNUMBER/VAL2')
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FS1

As you can see the data is coming out in the above format.

My Question Is:  How can I format this file so it would display the data as:

T
FSS
FS1

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

if you just want this to display in line-by-line format, you could use this statement to see the desired result

select
extractvalue(xmlcol,'/system/deviceName')||chr(10)
extractvalue(xmlcol,'/system/meterNumber/VAL1')||chr(10)
extractvalue(xmlcol,'/system/meterNumber/VAL2')||chr(10)
from myXML;
