Its on and XP sp3 sys, had adobe reader 9 but would not open .prf files from certain sites, Diabled AVG and when installer was downloaded it gives error &quot;failed to intialise&quot;. Tried MS Fix it to identify any program ionstaller bugs but none identified.<br />
