This is the Win7 64 driver
http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/motherboard_driver_marvell_console.exe
That will fix the yellow exclamation mark.

If you want to use the 6Gbit RAID option you'll also need

In Device Manager open the properties and go details tab. Then select Hardware ids
You get a vendor and device string like VEN_8086 DEV_2997
look your device up at: :
http://www.pcidatabase.com/
then you can easily identify any yellow marked device in your pc

Here...Go to the link below and choose the "Download Tab" From the dropdown menu select your Operating System(not sure if you're running 32 or 64 bit OS). Your drivers will be under the "SATA/RAID" section.

That is probably the 6Gbit/sec SATA controller - install the motherboard chipset drivers from the CD that came with the motherboard.
