Joomla CSS and Forms

Looking for help styling a page... Two things are happening here, on the left we are calling in a RsForm and on the left we want to have our package information. I am trying to get an inline style block to have everything aligned from left to right with all elements into the grey box. Please help!

<div class="contact-me-today">
<br>
<div class="Form">
<div class="form-tex">
@@Place it here
</div>
<input type="hidden" value="4" name="form[formId]">

You need to replace text on information into form-tex like this:
   <div class="form-tex">
	<div class="cmt-package">
    <h6>YOU'RE INTERESTED IN</h6>
    <img width="306" height="199" src="/joomla17/images/cmt-casual-pkg.jpg" alt="cmt-casual-pkg">
    <p>Due Monthly - $000 Due Now - $000</p>
</div>
   </div>

Close, please see updates to page... all elements are now on the right, but underneath the box? Can I create some elements in the "form-tex" class to get the text to the top? or maybe create a new class in css for this?

Thanks for the help, almost there....

all set thank you, the coders had set the code into a new article instead of the form. Very Confusing to trouble shoot.
