Hover not on drop down menu not working quite right

Hi  I thought I had this fixed, but I see my hover in my css controlled drop down menus are not working quite right.   I have a feeling it may be caused by the order of the a:link hover, etc in the css - I have read that order of these "pseudo" elements are important for them to work correctly.

Here's the page

If you hover over the top menu at the Drop downs -- they don't change color -- unless (at least sometimes) you click on them first and "visit' them.   The behavior seems to be erratic -- so there is something still wrong.

Your CSS file is all one line, but look for this:
#nav li li a:hover {color: white !important;}

That's what is preventing your sub-nav from changing colors on hover.
