are there Windows Office updates?

Maybe I'm going crazy. I've just installed Office 2007 and I'm trying to find Office updates on the microsoft site and I simply can't find them. I could have sworn I've always done this in the past after installing Office. Are there updates out there for office somewhere?

Thanks all! The link provided by frajico said, "•Use Microsoft Update (recommended). Microsoft Update consolidates updates provided by Windows Update and Office Update into one location and enables you to choose automatic delivery and installation of high-priority updates." This proved to be the case. No separate update needed.
