are there Windows Office updates?

Maybe I'm going crazy. I've just installed Office 2007 and I'm trying to find Office updates on the microsoft site and I simply can't find them. I could have sworn I've always done this in the past after installing Office. Are there updates out there for office somewhere?

Note - Windows Update by default JUST updates Windows, not Office. To update office you need to go to Microsoft Update which is free but requires you to accept a license agreement.

In XP it's a link on a blue bar near the top of the page, on vista/win7 its a checkbox on the windows update control panel that should bring you to.a you have to agree to.

Once "signed up" office updates should come down with othe windows updates

Thanks all! The link provided by frajico said, "•Use Microsoft Update (recommended). Microsoft Update consolidates updates provided by Windows Update and Office Update into one location and enables you to choose automatic delivery and installation of high-priority updates." This proved to be the case. No separate update needed.
