Let me see if I understand the question:

You have a corrupt/damaged database.

You want to restore a backup and use it as a temporary database until you 'fix' the corrupt one.  Then you want to take the 'new' records from the temporary database and apply them to the 'fixed' database?

If so:  You 'might' be able to to do this but it would take A LOT of work.

Why not just perform a database recovery and get the corrupt database back up and running?
