Error adding clients to SCCM

Does anyone know why I would receive Event ID: 10006 errors when trying to add clients to my SCCM 2012 server.  Everytime I try to install the client I get the following error.

The description for Event ID 10006 from source Microsoft-Windows-DistributedCOM cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Computer Name Here

This is a fresh install and I have managed to get it installed on my servers and my machine but cannot get it installed on other clients.  Please help.

Can you help me with OS version of your client.
Also are you trying to push the client from SCCM server or doing manual install.
Can you try doing manual install.

Our environment is a mixed for now.  Windows XP, Vista, and 7.  Soon it will all be Windows 7.  I have only tried from pushing from server.  How do you install manually.  Where is the client installation files located.
