How do I get rid of this IE error message?

When I first start up my computer and open IE and try to enter some text an error message is displayed:

Exception EWin32Error in module KeyHook.dll at 000076EF.
Win 32 Error. Code 5.
Access is denied.

... I have no idea why it is displayed, but after i close the error message all works fine.

This problem only happens after starting up Windows and opening up IE for the first time.

Could be a failed key logger install. Malware bytes, hijack this.

I've tried Malwarebytes and other anti-malware, also updated to service pack 1 for Windows 7 and updated from IE 8 to IE 9, and still the error message remains

May be, any add-on

Click Start -> Click All Programs -> Click Accessories -> Click System Tools -> Click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons), run this version and see if the problem disappears, if it does then an add-on that is installed might be at fault, remove any add-ons one by one till you can narrow down which one is the culprit.

Search your computer for the Module KeyHook.dll  ..... then use  An Online Virus Scanner  like
http://virusscan.jotti.org/en.

These online scanners scan with multiple virus scanner So  scan it with multiple antivirus .
If its a virus .... read the virus database of the virus scanner which detected it as a virus
there might be  as solution ... But before that try  go to Internet Explorer -- > addons and disable the addons.

How long has this been happening.
Possible to try a restore point to an earlier date when this was not happening.

If all else fails:
A sure way to get rid of it is to backup data and reformat and reload Win7

1)If you are able to locate the KeyHook.dll  GO to safe mode try using the tool  FILEASSASIN to delete the FILE ..... and delete the file. Clean Ur Registry.
OR
2)you can try using Recovery Console too.. But u need to remember the path and use Del command to delete it.
Worst case
OR
3)use Ultimate Boot  boot CD using it and delete it. It contains some virus scanners and Anti-Spyware and MalWare .... which will do the job for you.
