What type of switches are they?

linksys
You could connect one of your linksys switches to port 1 of the Verizon router, and the other linksys switch to port 2. Log in to the router, go to the Network area and increase the dhcp scope if you need to. Set your workstations to get ip addresses via dhcp.

What is the Ip address of you router? It should be 10.x.x.x , in you dhcp scope settings add your routers Ip as the default gateway. And check your dns server and make sure you have forwarders set use 8.8.8.8 or you isp dns server. Last on your workstation open cmd type ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew.
