IIS Problems with Exchange 2010 SP2

I have many problems With IIS for exchange 2010 when i open ECP , after type user name & PASS
i have received error HTTP 400 & when i open EWS directly received error HTTP 403
I have 4 exchange server 2010 SP2 Enterprise
2 server with mailbox roles
2 server with CAS & Hub Roles "Hyper-v"

Using the Exchange Management Console under Server Config > Client Access

Click ECP and then right click properties, do you have integrated authentication checked?
