An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of DAG
Hello everyone,
When I trying to expand and browse an Exchange 2010 Database Availability Group (DAG) in a backup exec selection list an error is encountered which I attached:
All agents install correctly,
Cluster Core Resources is set to Online mode,
One of Exchanges running on ESX and VMware Tools without VSS Support is installed on it and the other one is Physical,
Exchange Management Console is installed,
Network connectivity working with no errors.
Exchange Server 2010 SP1 running on Windows Server 2008 R2
Backup Exec 2010 R3 running on Windows Server 2008 R2

Have you ensured that all nodes inside the DAG have the exact same agent version and build installed? And also ensured that the agent is started on each node?
ASKER
Yes, I'm sure.
Any other suggestion HendrikWies?

Thank you HendrikWies.
As I said Cluster Core Resources is set to Online mode, there is nothing wrong with Clustering!
Looking forward for your help

Have you got any errors in your event log that is relevant to your issue?
ASKER
Credentials just fine!

Unfortunately I couldn't find any relative log in event viewer :(
Hope you have also looked at the 3rd resolution mentioned about IPv6

prashant9885: I saw this article before and I try all solution they made. I don't know what to do!
Have you got the latest exchange rollup installed?
Rollup 6 for Exchange SP1 can be downloaded here: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=27849
ASKER
It must install on Media Server or Exchange?
Exchange :)
All your exchange boxes should be on the same rollup, so ensure that you install it on all your exchange boxes.
ASKER
ok, installing...
ASKER
Same error!
Just check your Username and Password for the Agent and ensure that it is correct, because the image above clearly states that it can either not connect to the Backup Exec Agent either due to the machine not being accessible due to possible restrictions on the box or the credentials is incorrect and thus cannot connect.
Check your Backup Exec server for event logs and possible login failures from your exchange dag.
Hope this helps!!!
Cheers!!!
