IIS RWW and ActiveSync redirect traffic

Hello,
I want to ask if it is possible:

We have a hardware firewall, so (of course) we  can redirect traffic and make filter rules.
I want to grant access to a SBS2010 server to a specific ip range (port 443 and 987) for RWW (remote work place)
I want to give everybody to grand access to active sync (also port 443)

I assume IIS redirect the traffic.

Can it be done?
