This code works fine in Access 2003:

Set rsEmployees.OpenRecordset(strSQL)
    intR = 2
    intC = 1

    Do Until rsEmployees.EOF
        If IsNull(rsEmployees![BUSINESS GROUP]) = False Then
            With objExcel.Sheets.("Sheet1")
                .Cells(intR, intC) = rsEmployees!ID

            End With
        End If
  Loop

Access 2007 does not seem to like the "Set rsEmployees.OpenRecordset(strSQL) " or

"With objExcel.Sheets.("Sheet1")"

Can someone give me some clues on the coding difference in 2007 for these two lines?

Thanks!
