Convert to Adobe PDF is not working on Windows 7 64 Bits

I have recently got a new machine with windows 7 64bits, i have installed acrobat professional 8 with office 2010 on it, I found the word docs which i use to convert in PDF by right click on it, is no more working.
I have another machine with windows 7 32 bits having acrobat professional 8 with Microsoft 2010 is working fine without any issue, I can convert the docs into PDF by just right click on it.
Please advise if any suggestion.
