DELETE FROM dbo.tblX
WHERE     EXISTS
                          (SELECT    *
                            FROM          dbo.vwY
                            WHERE      (Number = '02'))

So on the above query dbo.tblX will get deleted if there are NO rows in dbo.vwY with a 02 in the Number column. If there is a row in with a 02 in the number column then nothing happens to dbo.tblX. Correct?
