Word 2010 label document does not show all gridlines

Last Modified: 2012-05-12
After creating a new document based on some of the built in label templates - some of the gridlines are not displayed.   For example, from the Mailing ribbon, click on Labels, Options, Avery US Letter, 5266 Filing Labels, OK, New Document.  The new Word document shows the gridlines for the top half of the page, skips a few label cells, then shows a few more gridlines.  The table layout is correct, you just cannot see the gridlines.

One work around is to go to the Layout ribbon and toggle 'View Gridlines.'  First click - all of the gridlines disappear, second click all of the gridlines appear correctly.

I have confirmed this behavior on three new Windows 7 / Office 2010 machines.

OK experts - how to: display the correct gridline view for new documents based on this label template.  How to: update and save a label template.  How to: share a label template with other machines and users.  Where are these label templates kept on the computer?
