Is there a way within Outlook 2010 to remove to remove the "suggested contacts"?

Is there a way within Outlook 2010 to remove to remove the "suggested contacts" from under the "My Contacts" list? (In the entry that says "Contacts" under the "My Contacts" folder in the left hand column screenshot).

I have several users who have more than 10 personal folder (.PST) files.

They only want to store and updated their main contacts folder. They don't want to store or make any changes to any of the "suggested contacts".

So is there a way within Outlook 2010 to remove to remove the "suggested contacts" from the My Contacts list (in the left hand column of the screenshot)?
