Sql Server license question--CAL or Processor on Web app

Hi all,
What is the rule for a web app which accesses sql-server under a single sql-server user for the app (.Net app in this case), even though there may be hundreds of actual web-clients hitting this app--all hits on the server come under a single user.
Am I legal with a single CAL (or whatever the minimum is)?
Thanks,
Mike
