OWA 2010 Inbox folders not updating unread count
I have a Outlook Web App user who has his account set up so that when he receives an e-mail from certain people it automatically goes to a folder in the Inbox. The problem he is having is that the system does not alert him to new e-mails arriving into the folders until he selects one of the folders then it will embolden and tell him there are new/unread e-mails. What setting and/or preference do I need to adjust to make this work? Does the feature I'm looking for even exist?
