1. How do I take a backup of stylesheets or php files when I am directly making the changes to the wordpress files from the "Editor" that is in the wordpress admin panel?

2. What if when I make a change to any of the file and when I refresh it, the site breaks or does not load?
How do I fix it or get back to the old state just before I made the change?

3. Is there something simiilar to system restore for this?

4. What if I am working and the laptop crashes and I want to get back to where I left off?

5. What if when I am making the changes but i forgot what changes I made to the code after I execute it and find out that it is not working?
