Hi, I created custom html5 tags in my javascript:

var e = ("abbr,article,aside,audio,banner,bodyHeader,canvas,content,datalist,details,figure,footer,header,hgroup,mark,menu,meter,nav,output,progress,section,time,video").split(',');
for (var i = 0; i < e.length; i++) {
    document.createElement(e[i]);
    $(e[i]).addClass("display");
}

Open in new window

however if you preview my website in IE8 or less it does not seem to be rendering my tags correctly. I am wondering is there any way to fix this, or do I just need to div everything up?
