I saw this but did not try it as I had already &nbsp;done a reinstall from the microsoft download center. &nbsp;But that was to install the whole Microsoft Live package. &nbsp;I chose just to install the Photo Viewer. &nbsp;Might this be a different package? &nbsp;I will give it a try. &nbsp;Thanks

I have some one who is getting the following error when the try to open Windows LIve PhotoGallery: &nbsp;0x80070015 Windows LIve Photo Gallery encountered an error loading WLXPhotoViewer.dll and cannot open. &nbsp;This occurs when the user clicks on a picture to open it. &nbsp;They can open Windows Live Photo Gallery and then open pictures from within it. &nbsp;It was working until today. &nbsp;Earlier the user installed Skype on the pc. &nbsp;I have tried to repair the installation and also uninstall it and reinstall it. &nbsp;But the error keeps occuring. &nbsp;I have also uninstalled Skype but that has not helped. &nbsp;The pc is running Windows 7 Premium 32 bit OS. &nbsp;The version of WIndows LIve is 2011.<br />
