Exchange Server cannot send using smtp connector

I have an Exchange Server 2003 that was configured to receive messages via the Connector for POP3 Mailboxes from a Yahoo account (Yahoo Servers). I recently moved my domain from Yahoo to GoDaddy and changed the MX records from Yahoo Servers to our SBS Server 2003. Now we can receive email (we cannot send). OWA Works but receives only.

1. I stopped the pop3 connection manager service
2. I reran connect to internet wizard
3. I set the properties of SMTP Connector in System Manager to 'Use DNS to route using this address space

The queues show that the SMTP Connector is trying to send but keeps retrying
